I will accompany you to discover a cellar where cheese is refined, we will explain you the aging process and we will taste incredible cheeses that come from the most renowned Italian production areas, expertly preserved and seasoned here in Valpolicella in a 15th century tuff cellar.<\/p>\n

Cheeses with ancient and simple processing, others with particular seasonings or wrapped in herbs and flavored.
